The Executive Chaplain, currently Rev. Jim Wilbur, D.Min., provides the overall leadership and vision for Providing Hope Ministries. He balances his time in the prison serving as the liaison to the prison leadership team, administration, and direct chaplaincy care. On the outside he is actively involved in raising support and cultivating relationships with local churches and individuals to continue or to begin supporting the PHM vision. The Executive Chaplain is also responsible for the training, equipping and mentoring of our over 30 volunteers from 17 area churches.

Our Male and Female chaplains both serve on a part-time basis and provide direct chaplaincy care, classes and services, and any other service that is needed. These two are on the front-lines and on a consistent basis are bringing light into dark places and proclaiming the Word that sets the captive free.
